Selling price = cost ÷ (1 − margin). Standard margin is (Settings); type a margin on a product to override it. Red rows have no cost yet. Click a picture (here, on a catalogue card or on a proposal line) to upload or change a product photo; you can also paste a copied image straight after clicking. Edits save automatically. Brand Generic items can be used with any manufacturer.

Starter catalogue: loads the Dynamic CCTV IP & analogue cameras and recorders plus drives, cable and accessories. Existing products and prices are kept.
CSV columns: brand, type, category, camtype, model, description, cost, margin, features. Only model and cost are required. Matching brand + model rows are updated; blank cost keeps the existing price.

Engineer call-out – per engineer, per day
Engineer cost (internal – not shown to customers)
Each engineer on a job is set to rate 1 or rate 2. Labour cost = hourly rate × hours per day × days, and is deducted from the call-out charge to show your true profit.
Your signature (for IDSL)
When saved, it is added automatically to every proposal under "Signed for your company". Remove it to leave that space blank.
Backup & restore
Download everything (price list, photos, saved proposals, settings, signature) as one file. Restore it on another computer or browser to carry on where you left off. Back up regularly – clearing your browser data would remove it.
